We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
Open the app → tap your profile → Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data and cannot be undone.
Solua subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel, go to your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, find Solua, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Pull down to refresh on the home screen, or close and reopen the app. If the issue persists, check your internet connection and try again.
Open the app → tap your profile → Settings → Subscription → tap Restore Purchases.
