A Nurse's Prayer

O my God, guide me in caring for the sick in Your holy Name. Grant success to my endeavors, that Your Name may be glorified. This is Your work; apart from You, my efforts are in vain. Bless the ill entrusted to my care abundantly, ensuring that none suffer due to my oversight. Strengthen me to overcome my personal frailties and empower me with all that is necessary to bring joy to those I assist. Bestow Your grace for the benefit of the sick and those whose lives they touch.
