A Parent's Prayer For Their Children

O Heavenly Father, I entrust my children to Your care. Be their God and loving Father; graciously address any shortcomings in me caused by weakness or neglect. Empower them to rise above the temptations of this world, to resist all calls to wrongdoing, whether from within or outside themselves; and rescue them from the hidden traps set by the enemy. Fill their hearts with Your grace, and affirm and increase the gifts of Your Holy Spirit within them, so that they may continually develop in grace and deepen their understanding of our Lord Jesus Christ; and thus, serving You faithfully in this life, may they ultimately find joy in Your presence for eternity.Amen.
