Eternal and Holy God, I approach You weighed down by worries, doubts, fears, and troubles. Grant me tranquility and stillness of spirit. Remove the anxieties that trouble me, the burdens that exhaust my soul, and the weight that affects my heart. Loosen my hold on disappointments and grievances that I cling to. Free me from the pain of past wounds, from current anger and tension, and from fears of what lies ahead. At times, Lord, it feels overwhelming, a multitude of demands and challenges, too much sorrow, suffering, and stress. Renew my spirit and emotions. Bestow upon me fresh strength, hope, and confidence. Prepare me to face the ongoing difficulties of everyday life with a stronger faith and trust in You.
