A Prayer For President Barack Obama, The Murderer Of The Unborn

Lord Jesus, Creator and Omniscient God, we witness recent developments that threaten the sanctity of life. The leader of our nation, bold and misguided, returns to the ancient arrogance of deciding matters of life and death. In the past, King Herod displayed a total disregard for human existence, commanding the slaughter of all infants under two, torn from their mothers' embrace without compassion. In our time, the President of the United States, lacking moral conviction, supports the destruction of the unborn in various forms. Look kindly upon these innocent souls, torn from their mothers' wombs, by instruments meant to protect life instead. O Lord God, we implore You for the unborn, transform the heart of President Barack Obama, that he may grasp the moral implications of his actions. May he renounce and cease, both here and overseas, the endorsement and funding of all abortion practices. Mary Immaculate, Mother of the Child Jesus, cast your gaze upon these innocent unborn, who call out to the Heavenly Throne for justice. Intercede with your Son, our Lord Jesus, that He may put an end to the merciless killing of millions. Amen. - - - - - - - - - - The Catholic Church teaches that abortion is murder.
