A Prayer For Rain

O Almighty God, we find ourselves yearning for rain. As we gaze at the vast, clear blue sky, we are reminded of the true wonder that even a single drop of rain represents. It is astonishing to think of how such a great volume of water can emerge from the sky that appears so empty and pristine! We place our complete trust in You, confident that You are aware of our needs. Yet, we seek to ask of You, acknowledging our dependence on Your grace. Kindly look upon our parched hills and fields, dear Lord, and bestow the gift of refreshing rainfall upon them. In response, the land will celebrate, the rivers will proclaim Your glory, and the hearts of Your people shall be filled with joy.Amen.
