A Prayer For The Virtue Of Patience

O Lord, patience is a holy quality that resides in You; You patiently await the return of Your beloved children. Forgive me, dear Jesus, for I have often tested Your limits. I know I have earned Your just anger, yet You have envisioned something far greater for my life. Your immense patience is truly remarkable! Please bestow upon me a portion of that steadfastness, so I may root out my own impatience, holding back harsh words, and embodying Your peace in all I do. Truly, great is the Lord Jesus in His ways!
