O Almighty God, our Father in heaven, we acknowledge that your sixth commandment, "You shall not kill," encompasses the act of taking one's own life. In your boundless mercy, we humbly seek forgiveness, particularly for (name), who overwhelmed by life's burdens, felt unable to carry on.
