The prayer
Heavenly Father, as I carry out my responsibilities today, assist me in setting aside any feelings of resentment for not being with my dear ones. I pray, O Loving Father, that you grant me a profound awareness of your presence in my encounters with others, so that I may share with them the radiant light of the Star from Bethlehem, embodying the true spirit of Christmas.
