O Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, recalling Your promise of the Resurrection, I humbly and sincerely present these prayers and Mass intentions for (Mention your intentions here...) and for all those who have passed away. With deep gratitude, I thank You for our time together in this life. Fueled by hope, I offer this supplication, trusting it will assist them on their path toward the fullness of life and everlasting joy with You in Heaven. Cleanse them of all that is unholy, that they may experience Your perfect love eternally.
