Act Of Faith Before Holy Communion

Indeed, I hold a steadfast belief, O Good Jesus, and I openly profess with fervent faith that You Yourself, equal in glory and power with God the Father, truly God and truly Man, are genuinely and really present in this Sacrament. For You, the highest Truth, have declared, 'This is My Body, This is My Blood.' I affirm everything that the Son of God has spoken. Nothing is more certain than the words of Him who embodies Truth. I truly believe, Lord; aid my belief and deepen my faith.Amen.
