Act Of Humility After Holy Communion

The prayer
O Jesus, my God! You are boundless in every virtue; I am merely dust, destined to return to dust. Turn away from me, O Lord, for I am a sinner. However, dear Jesus, if You should abandon me, where would I turn? What will happen to me? Instead, I plead, "Remain with me, Lord; dwell forever in my heart; and may my heart always be a sacrifice for You."
