Jesus, You have bestowed Yourself upon me, now I wish to offer myself to You in turn; I surrender my body so that it may remain chaste and untainted. I dedicate my soul, that it may perpetually love You. I commit every thought, word, and action of my existence, and I present all of this for Your honor and glory.
