Act Of Self-Consecration After Holy Communion

O Lord, as Your servant and the son of Your handmaid, I turn away from the devil and all his deeds and allurements. I forsake the emptiness of this sinful world and the temptations of the flesh. You alone are the God of my heart; You, O God, are my eternal inheritance. You are the one who will restore my legacy to me. Therefore, I dedicate all the faculties of my soul to You — my memory, my understanding, and my will — everything that I am and possess, which You have graciously given. I now return all to You, completely surrendering it to Your divine authority. Grant me the grace to love only You, and in doing so, I find my fulfillment and need for nothing more.
