Act Of Thanksgiving

From the depths of my being, I offer my heartfelt thanks to You, O Lord, for Your boundless goodness in coming to my aid. How wonderfully You treat me! Alongside Your most holy Mother and all the angels, I exalt Your mercy and generosity towards this humble sinner. I am grateful for the sustenance You provide my soul through Your Sacred Body and Precious Blood. I will strive to express my appreciation for You in the Sacrament of Your love, by adhering to Your holy commandments, being faithful to my responsibilities, showing kindness to my neighbor, and earnestly working to reflect Your likeness in my daily life.
