Act Of Union With Christ And The Blessed Virgin Mary After Holy Communion

O most compassionate Father, who has loved me deeply by providing Your Only-begotten Son as my sustenance and drink, alongside all other gifts, look upon the countenance of Your Anointed, in whom You take delight. This Beloved Son of Yours, along with my heart, I present to You in gratitude for the many blessings You have granted me today. May You, O Father, find joy in Him and through Him, turn away Your displeasure from me. Consider the one Mediator between God and humanity, the Man Christ Jesus, my Advocate and High Priest, who intercedes on my behalf. Him do I offer and present before You, He who knew no sin, yet carried the sins of mankind, and through whose wounds we find healing. Therefore, O Holy Father, accept this Spotless Victim, in honor and glory of Your name, in thanks for all the gifts You have graciously given me, for the forgiveness of my offenses, and for remedying all my inadequacies. O Blessed Virgin, Mother of my God and Savior, I ask you to bring my requests to your Son. O all you Angels and Saints, citizens of heaven, unite your prayers with mine. You dwell ever before the Throne and see Him face to face, whom I receive here under these appearances. Always remember me, and through Him, may you obtain the grace that I may join you in blessing and loving Him eternally.Amen.
