In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Embrace of Chastity Chastity is a profound commitment that reflects one's love for God. Jesus models this perfect love, showing us that purity of mind and body leads to a deeper relationship with Him. In seeking this virtue, we can rely on the guidance of St. Thomas, who teaches that chastity is a gift rooted in divine grace. Dear Jesus, help me to wholeheartedly embrace the gift of chastity. May I safeguard my body and soul from temptation, and through the intercession of St. Thomas, let me grow in purity and love for You. Amen. I pray for the grace to grow in chastity and purity.
