In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Purity in Body and Soul Chastity demands that we maintain purity in both body and soul, mirroring the love Jesus offers us. By living in accordance with this virtue, we reflect our dedication to God. St. Thomas helps us understand that this effort is nurtured through divine grace. Dear Jesus, grant me the ability to maintain purity in my body and soul. With St. Thomas as my guide, may I continuously offer my heart in a sincere dedication to Your service. Amen.
