Annunciation Impossible Requests 9 Month Novena - Day 275

In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our life, our sweetness, and our hope! To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve, to thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn then, most gracious advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us, and after this, our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary. V – Pray for us, most holy Mother of God. R – That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ. Amen. Virgin of the Incarnation, a thousand times we greet thee, a thousand times we praise thee for thy joy when God was incarnated in thee. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of Virgins, my mother. To thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen. My wife and I started the 9 month Novena on March 25, 2023 with just one request, that our 42 year old son and his bride 40 who married in 2021 would conceive a child. Sometime in June of 2023 we got word that they were pregnant……..everyone was excited and we could have stopped right there, but a promise to finish what we started remained and we altered our request for a safe delivery for both child and mother. As the arrival date changed with each Doctor’s visit it was realized that the due date would be in March 2024. Wouldn’t it be crazy if the baby arrived on the 25th. Sadly it didn’t. Sullivan was born on March 27th, 2024 two days after. How spectacular was that. So tomorrow March 27, 2026, Sullivan Owen Hughes will be 2 years old. My wife and I pray together with the rosary every single day and each year we have done this Novena and it has never disappointed us…….not as moving as the birth, but in quieter ways that make us smile. We love praying together, its food for the soul. from G.H. Praise be to Jesus and the Virgin Mary, I was praying the Virgin Marys novena everyday, it is such a beautiful first off and I truely feel that I have closer in my relationship to the Mother of God. She answered one of my prayers the same. I had prayed for her to soften the heart of a specific person who was not cooperating (she had every reason to). That same day that persons heart softened through the power of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the person decided to help me. from N.G. I started the novena back in January of this year and have prayed it in anticipation for the Annunciation Novena. Our adult daughter, who for many years has been away from the faith, on Ash Wednesday, sent us a text asking if there were such a thing as ‘virtual ashes’ she could receive since she couldn’t make it to Mass. From that point on, she has shared scripture verses via text messages and is now taking steps to return to the Eucharist. Indeed, how good is the LORD. I am writing to share a testimony of how the Annunciation Impossible Requests 9 Month Novena has already begun to bring about an answered prayer in my life. Though I am still in the process of completing the novena, I am deeply grateful to share that my family and I have already received a significant answer to our prayers. For several months, we have been waiting for the approval of my work permit and my daughter’s study permit. This situation had left us feeling anxious, as the outcome had a direct impact on our future plans. In faith, I included these requests in my novena, and to our great joy, we have already received the approval for both my work permit and my daughter’s study permit. In addition, my daughter’s tuition fees have been reduced from international to domestic rates, a blessing that has lifted a tremendous financial burden from us. I truly believe this is the hand of God at work, and I am so grateful for the intercession of Our Blessed Mother, who has guided us and helped us in this time of need. Even though I have not yet completed the full novena, I wanted to share this early answer to prayer as a testimony of God’s faithfulness and love. I will continue to pray the novena and also want to thank you for this wonderful novena app. It has been a great blessing to many people, including myself, by serving as a guide in praying the novena.
