In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Call to the Priesthood After completing his studies at the University of Munich, Seelos felt a compelling call to serve God as a priest. This call culminated in his decision to join the Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer, where he could focus on ministering to German-speaking immigrants. His eagerness to answer God's call exemplified his deep commitment to serving others. O St. Francis Xavier, you answered the call to priesthood with joy and dedication. Help us to listen for God’s voice in our lives and respond with enthusiasm. Teach us to serve in our communities with the same love and commitment you showed to yours.
