In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Courage in Adversity In the face of increasing violence and oppression, Fr. Rother's conviction only deepened. Rather than flee, he chose to stand by his community, embodying the courage that Jesus calls His followers to exhibit, especially in times of danger. His martyrdom serves as a powerful witness to the strength of faith against adversity. O Blessed Stanley, your courage in the face of danger inspires me to remain steadfast in my convictions. Strengthen my heart when I face challenges that test my faith. Help me to remember that true bravery is found in standing firm for what is right. Pray for my intentions as I strive to be steadfast.
