Christmas Prayer

Lord God Almighty, the sky above us is crafted by your hands, the moon and the stars are your creations; the land and the oceans, and every being on earth exists through your divine Word. And we, too, are part of your creation. May this tree fill our home with joy through Jesus Christ, your beloved and holy Son, who brings life and beauty to us and to the world around us. As we illuminate this tree, we place our hope in his promises.Amen.
