In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Nourishment of the Soul In the Holy Eucharist, Jesus offers Himself as spiritual nourishment for our souls. This divine food sustains us through our journey, uniting us ever more closely to Him. Our participation in this life-giving sacrament strengthens our resolve in faith and love. O most loving Jesus, thank You for becoming my food. Nourish my soul with Your divine love and grace so that I may live fully in You. Help me to cherish this sacrament and approach it with gratitude.
