Daily Prayer - 2026-05-13

Heavenly Father, in the quiet of this moment, I turn my heart toward you, seeking your presence in the ordinary rhythm of my day. Like Paul in Athens, I recognize my own yearning to know you fully, for you are the God in whom I live and move and have my being. Thank you for creating me as your beloved child, not fashioned by human hands but deeply known by you. You have placed me in this world and ordered my days, providing life, breath, and purpose. Help me to seek you earnestly and find you in the familiar corners of my life. Lord Jesus, your words to your disciples echo in my heart: "I have much more to tell you.” I trust in your Spirit, the Spirit of truth, who guides and comforts me. Open my heart to listen, to receive, and to be led by your wisdom day by day. In moments of doubt or confusion, ground me in the truth that you are near, that your promise is sure. Let me rest in the assurance that through your resurrection, every fear is transformed into hope. Lead me gently toward repentance, as I seek to align my heart with yours, embracing your call to love and justice. Thank you for the gift of your Spirit, who whispers your love into the depths of my soul. May I carry this quiet certainty of your presence, sharing your light with those around me in simplicity and humility. Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, draw me ever closer to you, weaving my life into your divine story. With humility and trust, I surrender this day into your hands.Amen.
