Daily Prayer - 2026-05-14

Heavenly Father, Today, I pause in awe of Your boundless promises. Just as the apostles stood gazing at the sky, filled with wonder and uncertainty, I find myself longing for Your presence and guidance. Thank You for the gift of the Holy Spirit and the hope that dwells within our hearts, leading us to Your truth. Lord Jesus, You ascended into heaven, yet promised to remain with us always. Help me to feel Your presence in the ordinary moments of my life. Open the eyes of my heart to see the riches of Your glory and the greatness of Your power at work. Fill me with a Spirit of wisdom and revelation, that I might know You more deeply and serve You with love. As I navigate my own doubts and uncertainties, remind me of Your unfailing promise: “I am with you always.” Empower me to be a witness of Your love, reaching out to others with compassion and kindness. May my actions and words reflect the beauty of Your kingdom. Gracious God, in moments of waiting and longing, teach me patience. In times of struggle, grant me perseverance. And when I fall short, surround me with Your mercy, that I might rise again in hope. Guide me, O Lord, to be a disciple who builds bridges and spreads Your peace to the ends of the earth. Strengthen me to baptize hearts in love and truth, sharing the message of Your eternal love. May I find comfort in knowing that Your mighty hand holds all things, and that one day, I will rejoice with You in fullness and joy.Amen.
