Daily Prayer - 2026-05-26

Heavenly Father, I come before You with a heart full of gratitude for the gift of Your grace, revealed through the prophets and fulfilled in Christ. In the unfolding of Your salvation, I see a love that surpasses understanding, a mystery even the angels ponder with longing. Help me, O Lord, to embrace the call to holiness, to live with a mind set on the grace that awaits at the revelation of Jesus. Give me the strength to resist the pulls of my former ways, to live soberly, in obedience, that I might reflect Your holiness in every part of my life. Lord Jesus, I hear Your words to Peter and they echo in my heart. In moments of doubt, remind me of Your promise—that in giving up earthly things for Your sake and the Gospel, I gain far more. Teach me to trust, to find joy and strength in the midst of trials, knowing that You repay our sacrifices with eternal reward. Help me accept the challenges of following You, finding peace in the assurance of Your presence. You promise that even those who feel last and least will find themselves held close in Your kingdom. Father, I surrender my life to You—my struggles, my hopes, my every action. May Your Spirit guide me, that I might bear witness to Your love in this ordinary life, shining with trust in Your divine promises.Amen.
