Daily Prayer - 2026-06-20

Heavenly Father, As we gather in Your presence today, we are reminded of the struggles and choices that shape our lives. We come before You with hearts that long for Your guidance, yearning to serve You alone and to turn away from the distractions that pull us from Your light. Lord, we reflect on the story of Joash and the tragic consequences of forsaking You. Help us to recognize the moments when we may be tempted to abandon our faith, to follow the allure of worldly desires. Let us not be like those who ignored the warnings of Your prophets. Instead, may we have the courage to listen and to seek Your will in all we do. We thank You for the promise that You provide for our needs, just as You care for the birds of the air and the flowers of the field. Teach us to trust in Your provision, to release our worries, and to find peace in Your infinite wisdom. Let us remember that life is more than mere sustenance, and that our true fulfillment lies in seeking Your Kingdom above all else.
