Daily Prayer To The Holy Spirit

Creator Spirit, come and embrace the souls that belong to You: pour Your heavenly grace into the hearts You have fashioned. You bear the names of Comforter, gift of the Most High, source of life, fire, love, and the anointing of our souls. Seven gifts are entrusted to You. You are the finger of the Father's right hand. You, the fulfilling promise of the Father, grant tongues the grace to speak. Ignite a light within our minds, fill our hearts with love, and support our fragile human nature with Your steadfast strength. Cast our adversary far from us and constantly bestow upon us the gift of peace; may it be so that, guided by Your grace, we steer clear of all sin. Through You, may we come to know the Father and the Son, and may we always trust in You as the Spirit of both the Father and the Son. Glory be to God the Father, and to the Son, who triumphed over death, and to the Comforter, forever and ever.Amen.
