The prayer
O Sacred Heart of Jesus, today I long to dwell in You, embracing Your grace, which I earnestly wish to uphold at any cost. Guard me against sin and fortify my will, assisting me in maintaining vigilance over my senses, thoughts, and feelings. Aid me in addressing my shortcomings that lead to sin. I implore You to grant this, Lord Jesus, through the intercession of Mary, Your immaculate Mother.
