Direction Of The Intention Before Holy Communion

I aim to participate in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, and to receive the Body and Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ, as prescribed by the holy Roman Church, for the glory of Almighty God and the entire Church on earth; for all who have entrusted themselves to my prayers, both collectively and individually; and for the flourishing of the holy Roman Church. Amen. Grant me, O Almighty and merciful Lord, joy coupled with peace, a transformation of life, an opportunity for sincere repentance, the grace and comfort of the Holy Spirit, steadfastness in good deeds, a humble and penitent heart, and a joyful conclusion to my life.Amen.
