Lord, we recognize how fragile our lives can be, surrounded by various dangers that loom over us. We feel the weight of health concerns, the fear of crime and violence, and the reality that accidents can occur in an instant. Our worries extend to financial matters and the well-being of our loved ones. Therefore, we seek Your protection, and we ask for courage and wisdom. Too often, we find ourselves fixated on the troubles, the fierce winds, and the overwhelming waves, seeing little that brings hope. There are times when we may rely too heavily on our own strength, acting unwisely and carelessly. We plead for Your guidance to help us maintain our focus on You. Instill within us a clear understanding of our limitations. May our faith in You remain steadfast and unwavering, enabling us to stand resilient in adversity and to remain humble during moments of triumph.Amen.
