In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Repentance and Penance Your lives called for a deep sense of repentance and penance, acknowledging the need for reconciliation with God. Your examples remind us that true contrition paves the way for grace. May we embrace the transformative power of penance as we seek to amend our lives. O Holy Helpers, champions of repentance, I seek your aid as I strive for conversion of heart. Help me to recognize my sins and the need for penance in my life so that I may find reconciliation with God. May my sorrow lead to joy in His mercy.
