In Praise Of Christ's Humanity

O risen Lord, Your physical body exemplified Your strength, rather than serving as a mere indication of its frailty. Therefore, it was impossible for You not to rise, even after death, because Your body, taken on by You, could never be detached from You, even within the tomb. I regard Your most Holy Body as a guarantee of my own resurrection. Though I will face death, as is certain, it merely signifies a transformation of my existence, for I will rise once more. Guide me to live as one who understands the immense worth and holiness of the mortal vessel that houses my spirit.Amen.
