In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Source of Spiritual Nourishment Mary nourishes our spirits, guiding us toward Christ, the Bread of Life. Through her intercession, we receive the grace needed to deepen our faith and commitment. She leads us toward eternal joys, reminding us of our divine heritage. O sweet Virgin Mary, nourish our souls with your love and grace. Help us to grow in faith and virtue as we journey toward everlasting life with Jesus. Make us worthy of the promises of Christ.
