The prayer
Lord God, almighty Father, you have brought us safely to the beginning of this day. As we go forth into the world, may our thoughts, words, and actions be directed toward your glory. Let your light shine through us, that all we meet may know that you are the source of all goodness. Through Christ our Lord.Amen.
