My Daily Prayer

O my God, I entrust my faith and reliance to You, who justly rewards the virtuous while punishing the unrighteous. I hold firmly to all that You have taught and revealed to us. I believe in one God existing as three Divine Persons — God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. I affirm that God the Son took on human nature without ceasing to be divine. He is Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior, the Redeemer of all humanity, who died on the Cross for my salvation and everlasting joy. O my God, grant me a steadfast faith. Strengthen my belief with true conviction. O my all-good and merciful God, I genuinely hope for my salvation. Assist me in performing everything necessary to attain eternal life. Though I have sinned greatly throughout my life, I now turn away from those wrongs. I am deeply remorseful for all my offenses against You, my God, who is perfectly good, holy, and merciful. I love You, O my God, with all my heart. Please forgive me for my transgressions. I vow that, with Your assistance, I will strive never to sin against You again. My God, show Your mercy towards me.
