St Elizabeth Novena
St. Elizabeth of Hungary was a 13th-century princess who devoted her short life to radical charity, personally serving the sick and poor despite her royal status. After her husband's death, she joined the Third Order of St. Francis and founded hospitals, becoming the patron saint of bakers, widows, and Catholic charities.
