O Mary, radiant light of the new creation, Mother of all living, we place into your hands the sacred cause of life: Look down upon the countless souls who are denied the chance to be born, the impoverished whose lives are burdened, the men and women who suffer from terrible violence, and the aged and ill who are taken by either neglect or misguided compassion. Grant that all who follow your Son may share the Gospel of life with sincerity and love to the world around us.
