Offering Of The Heart

O Virgin Mary, dearest Mother, I ask you to grant me a heart similar to yours—steadfast in its commitments and unwavering in loyalty. May it be a heart filled with affection, emanating gentle tenderness and always open. Let it be a pure heart that exists within the flesh yet remains unencumbered by it. I desire a heart that is generous, quick to overlook injuries and eager to forgive. May it be a thoughtful heart that harbors immense love in the tiniest gestures, serving humbly. I seek a noble heart that delights in the successes of others and shares in their grief, a heart that judges no one and eagerly welcomes trust. Let my heart be consumed by Christ, wholly devoted to His boundless love.Amen.
