Parents' Prayer For Their Children

Heavenly Father, You have called us into the sacred bond of marriage and have blessed us with the gift of children. We entrust our beloved children into Your loving hands, asking that they bring joy not only to us but above all to You, their Creator. Watch over them, Lord, and provide them with Your protection and support. Grant us the wisdom to lead them according to Your commandments. We commit to living Your holy law and that of the Church so that we may fulfill our sacred duty to You. May we always recognize this important responsibility and may our endeavors to serve You be fruitful. We sincerely seek this blessing for ourselves and our children whom You have graciously entrusted to us. We dedicate them to You, Lord. Keep them safe as the apple of Your eye, sheltering them under Your wings. Make us worthy to reunite in heaven, where we will give thanks to You, our Father, for the care You have given to our family, and together we will praise You for all eternity.Amen.
