O Mary, Mother of Our Lord Jesus Christ and Mother of all priests, we honor you with this title as we celebrate your divine motherhood and meditate upon the priesthood of your Son and those who follow him. Holy Mother of God, receive our devotion. O Mother of Christ, to the Messiah and Priest you offered a tangible body through the Holy Spirit's anointing, bringing salvation to the needy and those with humble hearts; safeguard all priests within your embrace and within the Church, dear Mother of the Savior. O Mother of Faith, you guided the Son of Man to the Temple, embodying the hope of promises made to our ancestors; gift to the Father, for His glory, the priests of your Son, O Ark of the Covenant. O Mother of the Church, in the Upper Room surrounded by the disciples, you prayed for the Spirit to descend upon the new People and their Shepherds; grant a generous outpouring of gifts to the Order of Presbyters, O Queen of the Apostles. O Mother of Jesus Christ, present at the dawn of His life and mission, you searched for Him among the multitude, you stood at the foot of the cross when He offered Himself as the eternal sacrifice, with John, your son, nearby; embrace those chosen from the start, nurture their growth, and guide your sons throughout their ministerial lives, O Mother of Priests.Amen.
