Commitment to the Church Pope St. Leo the Great's unwavering commitment to the Church was evident from his early days as a deacon in Rome. His dedication laid the foundation for a papacy marked by eloquent teachings and spiritual guidance, reminding us of our own responsibility toward our faith community. O holy St. Leo, steadfast protector of the Church, inspire in us a deep commitment to our faith and its teachings. Help us cherish our role within the Church and nurture it with love and devotion. Guide us in our journey to uphold the values of Christ. Intercede for me, St. Leo, that I may grow in my commitment to the Church and its mission.
