Prayer After Holy Communion

What immense strength, O Lord, you have granted my soul through this sacred communion! How desperately I need it. The journey ahead is so challenging that I would hesitate to embark on it without your guidance. Soon I will return to my daily tasks and resume my previous life, facing the same trials and encountering my familiar shortcomings. Yet, Jesus, you who have supported the saints, may your grace assist me in maintaining modesty, meekness, and humility in all my words and deeds. Help me to manifest your presence within me, allowing others to witness the gentleness of your love, generosity, and kindness through my actions.Amen.
