Prayer After Meditation

O God, I sincerely thank You for the many blessings You have granted me during this time of meditation. Forgive me, I pray, for any carelessness and distractions I may have shown. Grant me the strength to fulfill the commitments I have made. Strengthen me so that from this moment on, I may faithfully practice this virtue (avoid this fault, or perform this action) in a way that honors You. Assist me, sweet Virgin Mary, in upholding my good intentions; and you, my guardian angel, remind me of them if I ever overlook or neglect them.
