Grant him/her eternal peace, O Lord, and let Your light shine upon him/her forever. Accept his/her spirit and bring him/her before the Most High God. Let us pray: We entrust our brother/sister, (Name), to Your care, Lord. As he/she has departed from this world, may he/she dwell in Your presence. In Your loving kindness, pardon any wrongs he/she may have done through human frailty. We ask this through Christ our Lord.Amen.
