Prayer Before A Leadership Meeting

Holy Spirit of Wisdom, You renew us with Your life-giving presence. You have granted us a role in leadership. Guide us in exchanging our ideas and plans with one another. May we remain gracious and polite towards each other. Provide us with understanding for the tasks ahead so we may advance Your work and serve many people well. Help us resist the urge to dominate, to exercise excessive control, or to overlook the needs of everyone involved. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ.Amen.
