Prayer Before A Meeting

Almighty God, who has gathered us in this fellowship to uphold the principles of the Airborne Trooper, keep us committed and true to the highest values of American life. May we always remember the lessons of conflict, so that they may guide us during peaceful times. Strengthen and shield the armed forces of our nation, that they may protect our way of life. Grant us the courage to stand against evil, and to never compromise with injustice. Aid us in using our freedom to uphold justice among individuals and nations. Let us achieve this, and everything else, in honor of our fallen comrades, whose spirits remain with us and will never be forgotten. Bind us together in unwavering loyalty to the ideals that brave troopers have defended with immense sacrifice. We offer this prayer through our Lord.Amen.
