Prayer Before A Union Negotiations Meeting

Creator God, we offer our praise to You, for You provide us with life and love. We ask that Your Spirit of Compassion be present among us as we engage in discussions about our labor relations. Guide us to approach these matters with respect and justice as we weigh the various issues. Let us remain aware of everyone's needs and treat each other's viewpoints with courtesy. Keep at the forefront the needs of the vulnerable residents in (the name of the facility). We make this prayer through Christ our Lord.Amen.
