Prayer Before Confession

O Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, deserving of all my affection, I come before You in humility. Regard me with eyes full of mercy and guide me toward reconciliation through a sincere confession. Acknowledging my own inability without Your support, I plead with You to illuminate my heart with Your gentle mercy, so I may recognize all my sins and truly detest them. O Jesus, ever-flowing fountain of compassion, I turn to You for cleansing from all wrongdoing. Divine Physician, heal my spirit. O infinite Love, ignite within me the flames of Your love that I may desire nothing but You alone. Let this confession lead to a profound transformation in my life, ensuring that I am wholly reconciled with You. Mother of God, you show great compassion toward sinners who yearn for repentance; assist me in making a sincere confession. My Guardian Angel, guide me in uncovering the sins I have committed. Patron Saint and all you Saints in Heaven, intercede for me that I may bear good fruits of repentance.Amen.
