Prayer For A Deceased Priest

O Lord, You have called Your servant, N., to the exalted ministry of the priesthood in the likeness of Jesus Christ, following the Order of Melchizedek. You bestowed upon him the sacred authority to celebrate the Eternal Sacrifice, to bring forth the Body and Blood of Your Son, Jesus Christ, upon the altar, and to forgive sins in Your Holy Name. We humbly request that You acknowledge his dedication and overlook his shortcomings, welcoming him swiftly into Your Divine Presence, where he may eternally receive the reward for his service. We ask this through Jesus Christ, Your Son, our Lord.Amen.
